Linda Gikas brings over 30 years of in-depth, national, and international recruiting experience and career coaching.

Her work as an executive search consultant and as an in-house generalist covers professional services in Architecture and Design, Business Valuation, Finance, Forensic Litigation, Human Resources, Legal/Risk Management, Marketing & Communications, Luxury Retail, and Technology.

Her success is due to the quality of service, respect, and trust she provides her clients, candidates, and teammates with the dedicated goal of a “win-win” for all. Her endless research utilizing an extensive network of contacts, creative sourcing, and analytics allows her to tailor each search with aligning precision.

Linda has successfully conducted “confidential” searches for the C-Suite, seamlessly and within “time sensitive” periods.

Linda holds a Master of Arts in Education from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Wheaton College, Norton, MA.

She has working knowledge of French, Greek and Italian.

Originally from New Hampshire, she has lived in Washington, D.C., Europe, and San Francisco.  Back in D.C. she plans to make this City her forever home!
